Cancellation Policy
1. General Booking Information - A valid email address and phone number are required for confirmation and updates. - Guests must meet any age, height, or health restrictions specified for each activity. 2. Payment & Confirmation - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. - We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online payment methods. - Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. - If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our support team. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy - Cancellations made 72+ hours before your scheduled activity: Full refund. - Cancellations made 48–72 hours before your scheduled activity: 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your activity: Non-refundable. - No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded. - Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. 4. Rescheduling Policy - You may request to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled activity, subject to availability. - Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee. 5. Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled activity time. - If you arrive late and miss your scheduled activity, your booking is non-refundable. - If you are running late, please notify us immediately, and we will try to accommodate you based on availability. 6. Weather Policy - Our activities operate in most weather conditions. However, in the case of extreme weather (heavy rain, storms, etc.), we may cancel or reschedule activities for safety reasons. - If we cancel your booking due to weather, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 7. Safety & Liability - All guests must follow the safety instructions provided by our guides and staff. - Some activities require a signed waiver before participation. - Tallawah Outpost is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings. - Guests participate at their own risk, and failure to comply with safety rules may result in removal from the activity without a refund. 8.
