2. Services Offered

Adventure Activities: Zip-lining, ATV tours, river rafting, horseback riding.

Booking System: Online and in-person reservations.

Pricing: Displayed in USD. Taxes and fees may apply.
3. Eligibility

Age Restrictions: Participants must be 16+ or have parental consent.

Health & Safety: Some activities may require physical fitness; guests must disclose any medical conditions.

Behavior Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service to disruptive or intoxicated guests.
4. Booking & Payments

Deposit & Full Payment: Payments must be made via credit/debit card or cash.

Cancellation Policy:

More than 72 hours before the tour: Full refund.

Between 48–72 hours before your scheduled activity: 50% refund

Less than 48 hours: No refund.

No-show policy: No refunds or rescheduling.

5. Liability Waiver
By participating in our activities, you acknowledge:

There are inherent risks involved in adventure sports.

You release Tallawah Outpost from liability for personal injury, damage, or loss.

You agree to sign a waiver before participating.
6. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, and branding are owned by Tallawah Outpost.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission.
7. Dispute Resolution

Jamaican Law governs these terms.

U.S. and UK Customers may have additional consumer protection rights.

Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
